Biosphère To Oct 31 "Rethinking Urban Transportation;" If there is no more oil and there are no more automobile manufacturers, how will we get around in Montréal? The industrial design students at Dawson College have responded to this question by proposing original sustainable transport modes. To Apr 30 "Tightly Knit;" This outdoor exhibit of giant photos commemorates this special year by revealing how amateur photographers see and experience nature. Visit it with a foot-rally! To Aug 31 "The Fleur de Lis Tour;" By following the Fleur-de-Lis tour, parents and children can join together and set their own pace as they discover archaeological remains and artefacts at the Museum dating to the French period. The tour is offered throughout the month of August and is included in the price of admission to the Museum. "Where Montréal Was Born" takes visitors to the heart of an authentic archaeological site: the birthplace of Montreal. Redpath Museum To Oct 31 "Nature in Glass: The Blaschka Glass Models;" The Redpath Museum holds a suite of 27 Blaschka models, some of which are considered to be the oldest in North America. The Blaschkas were a father-and-son team of glass blowers who worked out of Dresden (in northern Germany) in the late 1800’s.
