Damn right

Fund apartheid!

Having designated certain routes "Jewish only," and stymied transportation in areas now blocked by the security fence/Apartheid wall, Israel wants to set up roads for the Palestinians to use. They just don't want to pay for it. Instead, Israel's suggested other nations give them the money. That hasn't much appealed to European nations, who are concerned that doing so might breach the International Court of Justice ruling against construction of Israel's wall.

"What European donors are not prepared to do is to fund anything that assists the wall or the settlements," one unnamed diplomat told The Guardian.

Israeli human rights group B'Tselem has another take on the issue, calling the exclusion of Arabs from existing roads a form of apartheid - a notion bolstered by the fact the Israeli military already labels Palestinian-free roads as "sterile."

Despite resistance, Israel's cash-grab isn't without hope. Most believe the U.S. will gladly bankroll the construction.
