Single exposure: Sent in by the site’s creator, Black & Blind Dick Chick is “a comic book with (sur)real people.” In other words, a photo comic and, despite the name, is actually about a visually impaired African-American female detective. Staged in Montreal, this interactive comic made up of altered photographs is surreal indeed, and stars some Z-grade local celebrities to boot. Thrill the chick’s mostly-comprehendible at www.cinecomix.com. Mothef$!#&%: Seeing a really awesome music video is like peering into the poetic soul of a cathedral of beauty. Okay, well, not entirely, but a cool new video does feel exciting and inspiring, and the best in a while is San Fran Glitch-Hop crew Gold Chains’ new clip, available for viewing online. Set in and around the Bay Area, “I Come From San Francisco” is like a different kind of hip hop recently developed in a lab by laid-off dot-commers. It defies explaining and begs viewing.
