Time Rewind : The McCord Museum is home to an extraordinary collection of historical artifacts from Montreal and beyond. But history buffs take note, there’s one exhibition that you’re only likely to see online, the Notman Photographic Archives-over a million photographs of life in and around Montreal from 1840–1935. Nearly 24,000 of the best images are available for viewing on the Web, so if you wanted to know what the corner of St-Laurent and Ste-Catherine looked like in 1907, here’s your chance to see Edwardian strip clubs. Go back in time at www.mccord-museum.qc.ca. Late
shift: For fans of Late Night With Conan O’Brien, this
site is a veritable clearinghouse of classic clips from the show’s
soon-to-be-10-year run. Check out headliners like little Jay Leno vs.
fat David Letterman and the Masturbating Bear. Plus there’s the
infamous Triumph the Insult Comic Dog making fun of Star Wars geeks.
