comes The wedding day can be a trying event. The flowers, the caterer and, for a 55-year-old Pierce City, Missouri woman, the issue of putting a .22-caliber slug into some guy’s chest. Charlotte Ann Neely-White and Russell Rourk were finishing their wedding decorations when a car veered into their driveway, its driver screaming, “Somebody call 911, there’s a bomb in my car!” Charlotte asked the man to leave, but in trying he backed into a ditch. He demanded Charlotte give him her pickup truck, threatening to detonate the bomb if she refused. She told her fiancé to get her gun. The blushing bride fired a round into the man’s chest before being disarmed, then repeatedly hit him with a shovel as he broke into her truck. After
a high-speed joyride, Jorge Luis Cecenas was arrested and is currently
recovering in hospital from head and chest wounds. Charlotte and Russell
were announced man and wife right on schedule. : |
