Palatable poetry: The spoken word and musical stylings of Montreal writers like Alicia Loria, Rana Bose and Katherine Beeman can be enjoyed alongside some tasty Indian treats at Restaurant Ganges (6079 Sherbrooke W.) on June 28 at 8:30 pm.

* Art exchange: Compare Montreal’s budding artistes with their Philadelphia equivalents through the Montreal-Philadelphia Print exchange exhibition at the VAV Gallery (1395 René-Lévesque W.). Works from the Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia will be on display from June 30–July 15.

* Malleable model: A series of photos featuring contortionist Jinny J. Jacinto, who’s also acting in Robert Lepage’s Zulu Time, by Michel Pilon are on display at Usine C (1345 Lalonde) until July 14.

* Fresh air exhibit: Forget stuffy galleries and pricey exhibitions, the photos of Marie-Jeanne Musiol are on display in the great outdoors. The seven large photos in Silences are on display at the Old Port, the Marché Bonsecours and Café Cherrier from July 1 until next June. :
