Fashion victim: One of about 20 anti-fur activists from Global
Action Network gets ready to present the “Marquis de Sade 2002 Cruelty
to Animals Award” to L.A.-based Fur Information Council of America
head Keith Kaplan at the Globe restaurant on St-Laurent on Monday. Kaplan
was in town for the North American Fur and Fashion Exposition. The activists
were met by security and quickly hustled off the premises.
