Globetrotters win in shocker! In town Tuesday playing against their
hated rivals the New York Nationals as part of their 2002 North American
tour, the Harlem Globetrotters are pledging $1 (U.S.) for every mile their
buses travel to the American Red Cross Liberty Disaster Relief Fund. Last
year, they covered over 100,000 miles. To no one’s actual surprise,
the Globetrotters won 83–70.
