The lab holds 750,000 canisters of film in its vaults, including prints of Abbott & Costello shows, James Bond and Charlie Chaplin films, Raging Bull, King Kong and Night of the Living Dead. The lab's finances were in serious disarray but money was coming in--projects to put old movies onto DVD and transfer them to in-flight movies were underway.
