Free Flipper: a costumed demonstrator, looking more like Barney than a dolphin, takes part in an anti-dolphinarium protest outside Granby Zoo on Sunday. Global Action Network, the protest organizers, say dolphins have an unacceptably high mortality rate once in captivity and have serious doubts about the educational value a dolphinarium offers.
