Maniac local artist Billy Mavreas will be offering quite a mixed bag in his new show, Yes, It Is True. Galerie 303 will be showing his works in wildly diverse media, with collages, drawings, book work, "packaged nuggets of science fiction," and other samples of his prodigious talents. The themes he explores are just shy of mind-blowing: "mystery, language, sacred script, science fiction, ye ancient hermetic arts, cartoon archetypes and the arcane wisdom of litter."
