Lebanese dance troop, Groupe Al-Arz, has been wowing Canadian audiences for some time with their traditional folklore-based choreography coupled with an expressive, modern Canadian style. Groupe Al-Arz will perform Ashakhss, Nov. 11 at 7 p.m. World-renowned tenor Lotfi Bouchnak will sing his lilting Arabic stylings, accompanied by a host of Tunisian instrumentalists on Sunday, Nov. 12 at 9:30 p.m. Also taking place as part of the festival is 2,001 Nights, a series of theatrical performances by a dozen different comedians.
