Thanks to new Elections Canada rules, any homeless person willing to shack up in a registered shelter the Saturday before election day can register to vote--no I.D. required. Reassure them that they could have been really great citizens--fabulous even. Offer them snug and stylish wetsuits to keep out the cold. Share a drink with your constituents on a downtown street corner, that'll impress 'em.
