Royal blessing: Nana (chief) Osei-Kuffour, representative of the Asante king from Ghana, West Africa, gives the peace sign to the newly inaugurated chiefs of the Montreal Ghanaian community. The ceremony--a royal ending to the two-day Asante Day Congress--took place last Sunday at Salle St-Thomas Apotre on St-Laurent.
