And sure, he'll still be around to some extent, but he has said that "you'll hear less of me," and that's good enough for us.

The plan calls for the garbage to be shipped to Adams Mine, just across the border from Northern Quebec. Environmentalists are concerned that toxins from the garbage could make their way into rivers that run through Quebec. Surely the great minds of Toronto can come up with an alternative. How about painting a couple of eyes on the stinking mound and making it a VJ?
