Angel >> Court protected urine >>In a landmark ruling by the Ontario Court of Appeals, three judges unanimously decided that having to pee in a bottle so that your employer may look for signs of drug use is a violation of human rights. The ruling states that, unlike a breathalyzer test, urine testing does not measure actual impairment at work, and is therefore unjustified.
