Busted again!

Anarchist "poster boy" Jaggi Singh has once again been arrested.
On April 23, near the corner of Berri and Ste-Catherine, the local activist was ticketed for illegal postering. But according to Singh, when the police punched his name into their computer, they found he that had an unpaid fine from 1994 for riding his bicycle without a reflector.
"They also had something in there that said I was violent. So the two cops jumped out of the car, put me in handcuffs, and took me off to the MUC Police's southern operational centre," said Singh. "I don't know why they would say that. I've never been charged for a violent offense. I'm kind of a wimp that way, actually." Singh says he was detained for three hours until his friends could bail him out.
Singh was also arrested at the 1997 APEC conference in Vancouver. In May 1998, he was ticketed for defying Montreal's postering laws. He pleaded not guilty, but charges against him were dropped when, according to Singh, the court learned that he had retained Julius Grey for his defense. Singh says that if he had won the case, it would now be legal to poster on lamposts and other unclaimed spaces in Montreal. But he added "I don't give a fuck if it's illegal or not to poster. I'll do it anyway." :
