Angel >> The MUCTC Our regional public transit company will be making its notoriously cramped and careening buses a little bit easier to take--for those with mobility problems, at least. Bright yellow stickers will soon be placed on certain seats on buses and metro cars, reserving them for the handicapped, pregnant women, the elderly, and those with young children. It'll still be a nightmare ride for most passengers, but at least those with special needs will have some basic comfort. Insect

Insect >> The City of Westmount Westmount has blocked off an important groping ground of the young, the Summit Lookout, with concrete planters, and has forbidden parking there after 9 p.m. The spot was a favourite rendezvous for smoochers and joint smokers, as well as those who simply liked to gaze out at twinkling city lights.
