Angel >> Street Kids International A Toronto-based non-profit organization that works with street youth and street-youth workers around the world, SKI has come up with a pretty cool way to raise funds for their cause. Buy one of their pins (pictured) for $9; in return, on April 6, you pay no cover at the following clubs: Kokino, Tokyo, China, Jai Bar, Le Swimming, Le Sugar, Puer, Saphire, and Foufounes Electriques. Get your pins at McGill's Leacock building or at the Concordia Student Union offices in the Hall Building on de Maisonneuve W. Or call 848-7474.

For three years they've been trying to get Dion's support; for three years he's ignored their pleas completely. Finally, only after Executive Director Marcele Lamarche wrote a scathing letter in La Presse, did Dion agree to send his staff to meet with them "to find out what their needs are." Director Lamarche remains unimpressed: "He had to be shamed in the media before he even acknowledged us."
