Queen Noor, fourth wife of the late King Hussein of Jordan, begins her tour of the McGill campus Tuesday morning. Queen Noor is Honourary Chair of McGill's Middle East Studies Program. Later that evening, people paid $1,000 each to be in the presence of royalty at a fundraising cocktail.
