He's got the Holy Ghost power: Surrounded by fellow believers, a man stands and looks up to the light during last weekend's Jesus Festival at Maurice-Richard arena. Over 3,000 people came to hear the word of Pastor Peter Youngren, founder of the World Impact Bible Institute in St. Catharine's, Ontario. Youngren performed dozens of baptisms during the course of the evening.
