Five- and ten-ticket cards available for $18 and $36 (the latter including two free guest passes, two free popcorns and two 2 for 1 coupons at Second Cup). Mostly avant-garde French-language films you're not likely to see anywhere else, except maybe Cannes. 3682 St-Laurent, 843-6001 Cinémathèque québécoise Originally fashioned after the Cinémathèque française in Paris, our version screens an eclectic mix of rarely screened foreign and documentary films, animation, mini-retrospectives and classic québécois TV. Now only the occasional festival is screened at the NFB with private distribution firms mainly renting the theatre.
