Adieu Nick It's not an easy thing to do, live your life in such a way as to singularly personify an entire city. Nick Auf der Maur, local columnist, city councillor, storyteller, bon vivant, boulevardier, passed away Tuesday night, three days short of his 56th birthday. He is survived by his mother, Theresa, his daughter, Melissa, and his city, Montreal. He will be missed.
