Despite his ever-inflammatory comments and the embarrassing release of his memoirs during last spring's federal election, former Quebec Premier Jacques Parizeau is once again a member of the sovereignist family. Parizeau was in attendance to enjoy the fervent scenery of the Parti Québécois national council meeting held last weekend at the Palais des Congrès.
