Royal weed Weekend reports exposed the news that local outlaws have been growing marijuana in cornfields located on the outskirts of Montreal. But Mirror sources say you don't even have to look that far. Verily, as you read this, marijuana plants are sprouting in the wooded areas of various municipal parks on the island, including Mont-Royal. And yet there is no organized inventory system for the plants, nor are they cultivated for sale; rather, they're there for passers-by to cultivate for their own purposes. Mirror sources say the illicit horticultural activity is a form of activism. Since hemp grows like weeds (no pun intended) in all climes and since seeds have no THC, planting them creates easy, affordable access to dope for all people, regardless of race, gender, or income strata--so long as you're willing to take a walk in the park.
