Simply unpredictable: It’s hard to say exactly what Bee Power (or Beep Hour) is about. It’s a Webcomic, it’s funny, it’s nicely drawn in a sketchy-indie kind of way, so you expect it to be emotional, but it’s not much on plot or characters. But there’s lots of gore and Muppets and vampires and robots and pop culture parody and a sense of humour that likes to take things way too literally for comic effect. Lessons for life: Things They Don’t Tell You (But Should) is what a Jack Chick tract would look like if Jacko was a chain-smoking misanthropic libertarian instead of a fire-and-brimstone homophobic zealot.
