The Streets: Montrealers have an advanced sense of individual style. Sure, we have to keep it bundled up under parkas and/or multiple layers four months out of the year, but even then we get to express ourselves. MTL STREET, a blog about street fashion, recognizes this collective trait. It’s kind of like Vice Dos and Don’ts except without the Don’ts, and no inane hipster irony. Back in the USSR: Russia is a weird place. City buses randomly catch fire and burn to the ground in front of the bus stop.
