Man is dog |

If it turns out to be true, man’s understanding of the world will need a complete rewrite. If it turns out not to be, then 39-year-old Robert Marsh has some psychological issues to work out. Either way, a Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, woman has learned a valuable lesson: When welcoming former inmates into your home, exercise caution. He could turn out to be either a werewolf or nuts. According to Marsh, he is a werewolf. No evidence has yet surfaced to substantiate his claims and neither the woman who offered Marsh a place to sleep after he was released from prison, nor the police who re-arrested him saw him shape-shift. Though it’s reported that Marsh spoke in what sounded like a “medieval language,” it’s also reported that he spent a few days awake and in a drink-soaked stupor before attacking his hostess. Two men who were visiting the woman stopped Marsh and he fled. She called police, who tracked Marsh down. When police caught up to him, Marsh re-iterated his powers of lycanthropy, but they arrested him anyway. He’s charged with criminal trespassing, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct and marijuana possession. by Scott Saxon
