Momma, just killed a man

Among the bits of wisdom today’s parents could impart to their children, few could have the impact of that received by 17-year-old Clarence Johnson from his mother, Vanessa. Having lost a fist fight with one Robert Dawson, Clarence slinked home where his loving mother had a little something stronger than an all-better kiss. The 44-year-old New Orleans woman gave her son a gun and told him to go get himself a bit of revenge. Not one to disrespect his own mother, Clarence complied.

Witnesses told police that Johnson approached Dawson as he left a restaurant and busted several caps toward his bitch ass, one of which struck. Dawson later died of a single gunshot wound in his lower torso. When police arrived at the Johnson home, they found mom, some cocaine, and a framed picture hanging on the wall that showed the perp holding a pistol and a roll of cash. Clarence avoided being arrested for 36 hours before turning himself in. He was booked on second-degree murder and held in lieu of a $250,000 (U.S.) bond. Mom was booked with being a principal to second-degree murder.
