What’s your problem? Kids’ problems aren’t all skinned knees and getting the wrong Wii game at Decemberween. No sir. But how do you sensitize kids to the horrifying dangers of everyday life? Comics with Problems addresses issues like STDs, poison, child abuse, teen drinking and even lazy eyes, using popular comic characters like Dennis the Menace, Fat Albert and the Peanuts gang. It’s heartwarmingly cheesy, and like the Cos says, if you’re not careful, you might even learn something at www.ep.tc/problems/. Vinyl fetish: Maximum toy overload. Toysrevil, a 37-year-old blogger from Singapore, blogs daily about designer toys, with enough images to elicit sweaty palms and heart palpitations (not to mention maxed-out Mastercards) in anyone who lacks a zen-like sense of self-control and/or a complete contempt for cool design. Either that or look for a bigger apartment to contain your collection of 1/6 scale lowriders for your 12” action figures at toysrevil.blogspot.com. Comments? Michael Citrome |
