Man bites dog

Lady butchers hubby

She’s well-mannered, loves cooking and pretty, frilly things. Yet Katherine Knight isn’t the ideal wife, as her last husband found out. Knight decapitated, skinned and cooked him. Now, the former slaughterhouse worker says she should be released because she’s a lady.

Having pleaded guilty to butchering her hubby, whose skin was found hanging on a hook in their home, and whose ass had been sliced into steaks she intended to serve to their children, Knight has been stewing in jail while lawyers tried to come up with an angle for her appeal. After five years, they finally have one. According to sources close to the case, at least part of their argument will be that Knight’s too much of a lady to stay imprisoned.

Chances of her release are slim. Aside from the snuff films police found after her arrest, Knight also had a history of violence towards her previous husbands, including smashing the dentures of one and slitting the throat of another’s eight-week old puppy.
