Cartoon modern: The amazing Cartoon Brew blog does it again, with a selection of images from the utterly terrific-looking Remixing the Magic show at L.A.’s Gallery 1988, featuring Disney-inspired art from contemporary and lowbrow artistos like Tim Biskup and Greg Simkins. Gepetto finds Pinocchio and several mutant Donald Ducks growing on a tree and Tinkerbell is looking sexy and satisfied with Peter Pan trapped in a lantern.
