When 41-year-old Robert J. Scrima negotiated a $15 blowjob from a Milwaukee, Wisconsin, woman, he faced more than the normal hazards of putting your penis into someone who'd only ask $15 to let you do it. Scrima was a cop from the New Berlin area, and as such wasn't supposed to be the whoring sort. As luck would have it, he and the woman he solicited had something in common; she was a cop too.

The way the report reads, Scrima waved over the woman, talked with her a bit, then offered her a cool 15 bills for a bit o' lip service. He later told police that, although he indeed talked to the woman about buying oral sex, he never actually intended to let her go down on him because he thought she might be diseased.

Scrima has since been put on administrative leave pending an internal investigation. He faces one misdemeanor charge of soliciting a prostitute.
