Pride standoff Carole Pope and RuPaul take our rude and crude questionnaire, while Fruity Frankie and Plastik Patrik serve as peanut gallery by JOHN CUSTODIO
We thought it would be fun to ask these icons, since Vanity Fair never got around to it, to do our version of the Proust Questionnaire. Then we thought it would be even more fun to get local versions of these demi-gods to comment on their answers. Fruity Frankie (in the small circle on the right) is the lead singer of Lesbians on Ecstasy. Plastik Patrik (left circle) used to be lead singer of One976, but he's putting together a new band. Their responses came as follows:
RuPaul plays Le Grand Bal Disco, Parc Émilie-Gamelin, Sunday, July 31 at 10 p.m. Carole Pope plays LesboMonde, Musée Juste Pour Rire, Saturday, July 30 at midnight. Plastik Patrik presents SexGarage 2 on Sunday, July 31 from 1–11 p.m, at the corner of St-Denis and de Maisonneuve. Lesbians on Ecstasy take over the SexGarage 2 stage at 8:30 p.m. |
