Man bites dog

Bestial my heart

The new year has barely started and they've already caught another dog fucker, this time in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. The alleged bestialist, 39-year-old José Rodriguez, was arrested after the dog's owner, Maritza Rosario, called in a complaint just days before Christmas. Police arrived at Rosario's home and were led to her backyard, where Rodriguez was allegedly caught, pants around his ankles, sodomizing the five-year-old Rottweiler. Unsure what to do, police contacted the New Jersey SPCA.

"They weren't sure what kind of charges to bring against Rodriguez because the state no longer has any laws making bestiality and sodomy illegal," NJSPCA president Stuart Rhodes told the New Jersey Star-Ledger.

In the end, the organization filed six complaints against Rodriguez, leaving him to face charges of abusing a living animal, causing the abuse, inflicting unnecessary cruelty and torture and torment. Rodriguez faces up to $6,000 (U.S.) in fines, up to six months in jail and 30 days of community service.
