Man bites dog

Alcoholic anonymous

What do you get when you cross a large Finn with a weekend of heavy drinking? A large, inebriated Finn. The identity of one such large, inebriated Finn is still unknown to police in Bergen, Norway, who arrested him for excessive drunkeness three times in a single weekend.

First picked up on a Friday night, the Finn gave police a fake name. He was left in a cell to sober up, released Saturday morning and three hours later was arrested again with an alcohol level that usually causes loss of bladder control and unconsciousness. Again he gave a fake name, was again left to sleep it off and released. And again he went drinking.

After the third arrest, Bergen police decided to keep him. They're hoping Finnish authorities will be able to help ID him, and are also investigating whether the inebriated Finn is at the source of several complaints of a man urinating on people's houses.
